Heaving a sigh of relief as the side-tracked conversation finally ended, Daine swiftly got back to business.
"Please my dear guest, by all means ignore the sad amusement that stormtrooper armor brings my employees," Daine said with a casual movement of her hand. "And you said that the costly price of lumber cultivation will increase the price in my offices, did you not? Well, there are a few options and I suppose that you would like to hear all of them. The first, and most obvious, would be to decrease the employment benefits that the Benevolent Galactic Empire offers, especially to the stormtroopers. But then again, I do not desire them to live the lives of poor college students, heaven forbid the tabloids and the gossip I would receive for that! The second option would be to call up a few of a smuggling buddies and get some quick and easy money, then shoot a few Hutts if the trail runs cold... while the final option would be to just be the benevolent Empress that I am and hand over the extra money, even though it would mean not being able to buy a new pair of designer shoes every week."
She took a sip of her juice to make sure her mouth did not get too dry, tucked a strand of midnight black hair behind her ear, and continued to ramble on about the future of the Benevolent Galactic Empire.
"While all three options are a possibility, I do admit that I am not very fond of the first. And the fourth, now that I think about it, would be to simply not buy the expensive wood at all but make the offices out of good old latex. But that would be messy and have no class whatsoever. The last thing I want is for somebody to call my beloved Nostril a piece of junk, even though it would complement my Corellian heritage in a highly appropriate manner. So it shall be the second or third option as I do like to have some class in my surroundings while losing a potential ally in business by canceling this order would definitely go against my mandate," Daine finished.
