"Sounds good," Kara said, settling back in the seat. She rather liked this idea. It went along really well with that 'normal' life she had mentioned to Clea earlier.

Kara nodded and looked over at Culen. "Looks like it'll be just you and me for a little while, Cul'ika. Unless you want to go learn from Kel too," she said, glancing briefly at Tyrk who was curled up in the seat, head sagging forward as he started to fall asleep but every so often jerking up like he was fighting to stay awake and failing.

Kara had expected that reaction and favored him with a quick smile. "Alright." She folded her arms across her chest and after glancing at her chrono to determine how much longer she fell silent, staring towards the cockpit thoughtfully.

A while later, Clea heard the ship drop from hyperspace and figured they were back at Concord Dawn.

Tyrk finally woke up and made his way sleepily towards the cockpit. A short while later Kara could feel the ship land and she carefully got to her feet as Ruusaan and Tyrk reappeared.

Ruusaan folded her arms across her chest and she and Kara locked gazes for a moment, Kara's jaw working visibly as she debated with herself.
"Ruusaan-" Kara started before the other woman cut her off.
"I know what you're thinking," she said, glancing at Clea, "what both of you are thinking. Because you're fools if it didn't occur to you. The only person I told that you were accompanying me for the trip was Harlan. He is just scummy enough to have sold that information to anyone who was looking. Whether you believe that or not is up to you." Now she just shrugged casually as if the whole thing was no big deal.
